Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx):

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Flat rate of £12.95
  • Includes full tracking

Free Shipping (via EMS):

  • Available for orders over £50
  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Basic tracking included

Note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and certain remote regions. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

Our Return Promise

We want you to love every curve-hugging piece from our collections. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer 15-day returns from the date of delivery for most items.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps for a hassle-free return:

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our Birmingham-based style advisors at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange (please specify size if exchanging)

Step 2: Pack Your Return

Carefully repackage items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, send your return to:

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Return Shipping Costs

  • UK Returns: Free returns label provided upon request
  • International Returns: Customer pays return shipping (original shipping fees are non-refundable)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Lounge Wear (unless faulty)
  • Plus Size Loungewear (unless faulty)

All other items from our collections (Coats & Jackets, Dresses, Jumpers, etc.) are returnable within the 15-day window.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notice: You’ll receive email confirmation when processed (allow 3-5 additional business days for your bank to post the refund)

Exchanges

For size exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Clearly state your desired new size in your return email
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received (additional shipping charges may apply for international exchanges)
